They ripped me off $35, and never recieved my package

My girlfriend and i were on this site and we purchased 35 dollars worth of prouducts. We waited about 2 weeks and were ok with that because we figured it may have taken a while to process and send it out, but when it got to the firday of the second week i sent them an email because i started to worry. We never recieved an email back and then went online to find out about this website, which brought us here. We did try calling the number, and unlike other places, that go into options where u have to be connected and hit different numbers, this line just rang. Like it was a phone set up but not anyones actual number. We have no recieved our package and have not heard back at all. This site is a complete rip off. First time ive ever lost money onlline. Something needs to be done!
