Scammers, Fraudulent Company, Horrible Customer Service Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin

I placed an order on this website, Friday February 22nd. As with most online stores, I got the confirmation email that my order was recieved complete with a summary of my order along with the order number. Given that it was Friday, I didn't expect shipping to go out that day but usually in 24 to 48 hours an email is sent saying that they have at least packaged my order and is ready for pick up. So i went to the website on sunday to check the status only to find there was on order associated with my account. I admit i became a little worried and sent an email informing them that my order may be lost and wanted some assurance that they at least had my order. Well Monday they promptly took the money for my $55 dollar order but still no shipping information. No status or anything.By this point I am becoming frustrated because I still haven't recieved a reply to my email and in finding the 800 number, no one answers. You don't even get an automated menu to select options. It's like calling one of your friends, the phone just rings. After that I decided to do some research on this site on the web and found that they tend to have a history of doing this. The BBB website also said they have had numerous complaints in the past. I swear if I would've known this I would've went to Lover's Lane. I liked this site because it had good prices and more variety than most sites of it's kind. I guess it was too bad to be true. If I dont hear anything by the end of this week I am surely taking more aggressive action.

If you all are reading this, just send my things and just shut down your site if you don't want to run a respectable business. People work too hard to have their hard earned money scammed from them like this. Running a quality business would've surely brought you the profit you seek because I planned on giving your site some great word of mouth as I work for a local radio station. Now only bad press is all I can offer.
