Scam, threatening Tamarac Clearwate

I pretty much had the same problem as other people who posted against them did in this website. But they never got my money because after I fell for the stupid agreement, my roommate told me to cancel right away but they said I couldn't. I just contacted my bank and they took care of it. This happened back in November or so. Last night they called me and threatened me to report me to Equifax to destroy my credit, I said bring it on. What's funny is, this morning I had a phone call from IMC, Inc. Who's basically the same company trying to scam me twice, it was the same exact method. How stupid they think we are for falling twice. So I will totally take them on if they do bring it to Equifax, as we all can see who's wrong here.
