Charged $79.99 For Credit Monitor After Ordering Free Report

I've just found that equifax.com charged my credit card for $79.99 for CIC*CREDIT MONITOR service. Several months ago, I ordered free credit report from equifax.com, and now I've just found that they charge $79.99 membership without my agreement. I called twice 1-888-888-8553 to cancel the membership and get the refund. First call was disconnected as soon as I said my SSN# for verification. When I called again a lady asked me to call tomorrow because their network had problem. I found on the internet that I am not the only one who was ripped off by this company. I am going to call again tomorrow, but I feel so concerned.
