Please read my story is there any legal advice for this?

Well lets start off with the first time I had problems with this company. I bought a car from jd byrider and had it for a week. I sent my car payment which was discussed to be 200$ for the first week, well it was 300$. The girl called me the next day and told me it was 300$ and they needed the extra 100$. I said oh ok, sorry, I'll send it through money gram in about an hour. Well the next day I'm at work and a tow truck comes and repo's my car! I'm yelling here's the receipt, I payed you guys! I immediately got on the phone with CNAC and told them I had my receipt. They told me they never received the other 100$ to call money gram, I called money gram and they told me I wrote the wrong code and that's why it never went through. So I had to pay 250 for the tow truck, and I got dropped off the next day at the car place and the asshole at CNAC tells me sorry your car isn't here yet, come back tomorrow! I told him that his assistant told me my car would be here this morning and now I live an hour a away and don't have a ride home. He tells me thats not my problem, there's a train station a couple of blocks away. I got upset and told him this was ridicules and I was contacting my lawyer! So then he threw me out of his office. I had to walk to the train station in the rain and then come back the next day. Then they put a tracking device in the car!

Now 6 months have gone by and my tranny seems to be slipping. So I bring it into the service dept. I had to rent a car and pay for it, they had my car for 7 days! I finally get it back, and the damn thing still runs the same! According to the invoice it states they changed the trans oil and filter and put a new timing belt in. That takes 7 days? Now I have to rent another car and hope they fix it this time!
