JD Byrider - CNAC
Ripoff Sold me a broken care and now I'm stuck!

Yep! They did it to me too! Thats right? I got a 2001 haundai sonata for 10,000 dollars, thats right a six year old car that ran like shit but, looked good on the outside type of deal. They talked so fast when signing the paper, that I didn't even realize the price till I was pretty much pushed into a car I did not get to pick, or even get a choice to pick.

Then it happened after 2 weeks the engine light came on and I took it to the JD Boneryder service center to so called get it fixed! The guy that worked on it said it was a glich in the system and nothing was wrong, but I told him, what about the rubbing noise coming from the left front tire. He said "What rubbing noise" and kinda change the subject on me, so I left and told the JD Byrider manager and he said I will talk to him! Almost a month goes by no news or any call.

And thats when it happened agian! The rubbing noise got louder and the water pump started to leek. It leeked so bad I had to put anti-freeze in it everyday or the car would overheat. I then took it to somebody I know in my family and they told me it was the timing belt that was rubbing and out of place, which from riding it like that caused the water pump to go bad. That really made me mad! So I had my wife call to have it serviced agian from JD Boneryder and they said it wasn't covered anymore cause the 30 days 1,000 miles warranty is up on it. So I called and told them that if they would have fixed it the first time, instead of saying its just a glich! This wouldn't even have happened, so I told them I'm not paying for it and they could have the car back.

They told me that they don't care if we give the car back cause they already got payed by CNAC and we owe CNAC there money, not them! I really got pissed and called CNAC and told them if they don't get this fixed and work it out with JD Byrider, I'm going to file a lawsuit against them for Fraud! They said they don't care if I had Johnny Cochran out of his grave!

They will get there money through garnishment of my pay and they will win! So now I'm trying to get in contact with someone who could help me out on this!
