After working six (6) months at the FEC / Missouri Career Centers I made many strides, contacts and helped several dozen un-employed people get jobs, I thought with no-training I was achieving a lot and my supervisors were fond with my work. But at the same time I had seen too much turn-over, strive, mis-conduct, illegal actvity, discriminatory behavior by directors and staff and recognized the recurring abuse. I submitted my two (2) week notice, to which Shelley Estell, Director & Clyde McQueen, President decided to counter my request by "letting me go", giving me a final check the next day; and requesting all materials be returned. When leaving Becky Poffenbaum, Independence, Office, I notified her, their would be a final bill for mileage and vacation/sick days to be accounted for.

Still til today after sending them mileage report, the employee handbook I have not received any correspondence to the reasoning for wrongful let go, COBRA paperwork, insurance transfer paperwork, copy of my personnel file, mileage payment, sick/vacation reimbursement. This is a State of Missouri sponsored non-for-profit, and being part of the placement process within the State of Missouri I have realized they have no respect of the Labor Laws, Employees Fair Act, Equal Employment Commission, Veterans/Age/Minority Laws, let alone grievance procedures and actions.

But they have chosen to abuse, disrespect and criminally conduct themselves thinking the State of Missouri will not be scrutinized by their actions. I wonder if they let me go because they can file for the $6000 minority employee credit? That would be a crime! No-one deserves to be treated this way, if I would have known the FEC/Missouri Career Centers has such a high turn-over due to its unscrupulous behavior and backroom settlenments I would have never gone to work there. Not knowing the reason, relieved when they could have used civil remedies, not having the paperwork and not having to work under criminal-illicit behavior are some of the resons I think Shelley Estell, Director & Clyde McQueen, President have done this, but the proper hiring, training and guidance was never done to which after seeing how they treated others new arrivals, their training, their race/ethnicity and their benefits - I have to accept these are racist discriminatory people from the start of my employment with them.

I have waited for a decent respose and have received a criminals treatment and sooo, I will act in accordance and seek what the public must know. I honestly think I touched on RICO violations and Federal funding issues that the FSC are participants also is a whistle-blower catagory.
