Ripoff Terminate People for no reason, Back Stabbing company wrongful termination City

I worked for this organization for eighteen years and after giving them a quarter of my life into the stores/business they terminated me for what I call wrongful termination. I have contacted the EEOC and now am waiting for a "right to sue" letter. They do not like people working for them if they look a certain way, are too heavy, reach a certain age. This company descriminates in many different ways and with the business they are in (convience store/gas stations) you would think they would want to treat everyone equally as they have people from all walks of life who shop in their locations. The director of Retail operations who is one of three brothers who own the company and run it is the worst with the way he treats people. I would recommend not shopping here. They have stores located throughout the state of Missouri including the Metro area of St. Louis, MO.

The reason given for my termination was I had spoken with another employee about job changes which the other employee had come to me first and told me her job was changing so I just said don't feel bad mine is also. We did not discuss anything I felt was a company confidential matter such as salary or anything of the sort. Another thing, I think this guy is on a power trip as he is in his mid twenties and he gets off on treating people like this. He has let alot of people go for very little reason and I am sure they are paying out big time for un-employee benefits. I would not recommend anyone going to work for this company. Or shopping in their stores. The stores are called Jump Stop/Conoco's or Phillips 66. Stay away, you are not their customer/employer, They could care less about you.
