Rip off kings who can't get the story straight w.T.F

Hello I am writing about Wachovia because in Feb i moved to washington state and we became pregnant with child number 2. Well we traded our 2 door for a suv. At that point i had an allotment set for the other car and we figured it was no problem, so we purchased the car and everything was good. For 1 year it was fine then in 2007 i went on westpac for 7and half months and during the time i was gone they said that we owed about 3k in back payment so my wife ended up paying the money then they said we owed more and more. So we moved to chicago and for the last 3 months since jan 08 they said that we owed additional money and such. We have payed the last fine as we were told and were up to date. We were told that everything is fine kosher and or what have you. Now as of the other day they now say we owe more money and each time someone different is calling the house asking for more money. Yes we are black family and we are seeking legal advice and such so if any one wants to deal with wachovia beware and stay away.

As for me i would gladly give the car up it isn't all that great but i would like some form of my money back and not put a bad rep on the credit report well that is my take on these jokers they are full of mess if you ask me.
