Unauthorized charge on my visa

I approved a $3.95 charge on my card and 14 days later i obtained a fee for $89.31. After i called and spoke to sklar at the corporation. He advised me the $3.95 was to get a 14-day supply and also the $89.31 was to get a 60-day supply by which i've not received both. After i stated i had been gonna tag the item return to sender he advised me there is no refund after the merchandise leaves the warehouse. I've questioned the things with my bank however they do not seem as if it'll be changed.
