Phone ripoff victimized many consumers Little Rock A

I closed my accounts and they continued to charge me any way. After almost one year after paying off the accounts I am now being called by another credit company saying I owe on my account.

They changed the accounts from the cell phone number to another account numbering system. I had 4 accounts and I do not know which account they are refering to.

I have ask for the cell number and they say they don't know call alltel. I call alltel and they say all my accounts are filed and they can not pull them up because they were closed some time ago. I am told by another person fron the credit services that this is not there problem just pay the bill and they hung up on me.

I have had nothing but crap from this company. They add charges every month till they decide to close the account even though I had called and canceled months before. I call and finally get someone on the phone who understands and is willing to help and when they put you on hold I am disconnected.

I got to were I ask each person there name and even there ext. # so I can talk with them and you can never get them again.

You call them over and over only to here you never called. Shut off service on a phone for a 29.00 bill and in 1 month they diconnected and reconnected the phone only to charge for both, but they never recieved a payment so why did they reconnect and charge me for both.

How do I get the information to find out which account I am supposed to owe on? I am guessing its the last phone bill, but I paid that off through a management compay. This bill went up another 130.00 after the account was closed.
