I have tried un-repeatedly to contact Columbia House and let them know about the hundreds of dollars we have sent those people, know less the returns of the movies they have sent us and doubles at that we have recieved 2 of the Caddy Shack', 2 of Happy Gilmore and a few others...

We have returned these DVD's without any adjustment to our account... Other than that I have been really disappointed in the way Columbia House has responded to my email's? Gee I dont ever think I had a real person try and respond to my mail or my messages though this computer...

I have notified this COMPANY that yes a little person like me will take on a over rate company that doesn't keep track of their accounting properly, GEE I think the AMERICAN PUBLIC Call this a rip off... I want some attention a and I want it NOW
