Fake Grant Money

I got a letter in the mail with an inclosed check saying that I had been approved for a grant and that all I have to do is use the check they sent me to pay for the taxes, then they would send me the total amount of my grant. Fortunately I did not try to redeem the check because it is completely fake! The letter says that if I don't pay the taxes on my money within the next few weeks that my total earnings will be "donated" to charity. If that's really true than I guess I'm quite the humainitarian!
