Fraud Fake home-improvement "grant" through snail mail

I recieved a letter from Commerce Trust, INC saying I had won a home improvement grant. Knowing it looked like every other fraud email online, I called them up and got as much information as they'd give me.
Supposedly I should cash the "real" check and forward the majority of it on to Sonia Chapman, 910 Roges Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203 to cover legal fees and the taxes on the grant.
The letter looks good and the check looks real. The back side is covered with supposed donors for these grants. Just putting this out there to help others.
