After receiving several annoying calls from Rate Reduction Center and having them hang up when asked for contact information, I traced the company to Largo, Florida

I left a message on his phone asking him to direct his company to cease his unlawful calls.

He returned my call from the phone number 714-878-9772 and was quite beligerent, after i repeated my request that his company cease their unlawful activity, he said he was going to "educate me" at which point I hung up.
