Violated Do Not Call legislation

I have had three unsolicited calls to "reduce my credit card rates", asking to punch "one" on the phone to be connected. I have done so twice and been connected to a person asking for my credit card numbers, and hanging up on me when I ask how to contact them.

Today they said they were the "Rate Reduction Center", but would not give a location or phone number, and hung up.

I subsequently located a firm which filed a FL business license under that name, with the principal officer being Herb Zerden, 2994 Heather Trail, Clearwater, FL 34621.

I also filed a report with the "do not call' bureau.
