Real charged credit card twice

I ordered the free CD on "How to Make Money with Google. I paid the shipping charges for $1.95 for the CD and a couple of days later I received a rather large box with a bunch of cd's and books. All I ever wanted was the information and I would make a decision after that whether or not I would get involved with the business. I immediately sent it back to the address on the box (first mistake). I never thought any more of it until I saw the charge on my credit card for $129.99,11. I called the company and they said it would take them 2 months to get me my refund because I sent it back to the address on the box without a RA number. I told them I did not want their business and to take my name off of their lists and not to charge me again. A week later I got another charge of $29.99, and I again called and got the same run around. The person I spoke to this time stated the refund would take around 2 months (again). I called my bank "US Bank" and they stated without proof that I returned the material there was nothing they could do. I have now called this business once a week for the last three months and still have no refund and get the same answer every time, "it should be in the mail this week". So far I have talked to, Francisco, Sasha, and Nancy, only to find out today after everyone else has told me the refund wouyld be for the whole amount that they are now going to charge me a re-stocking fee for the crap I never ordered and paid $10 to return. This company is ridiculous and does not care about anyoe or their money. Do not do business with them.
