Grant Master, Network scam using our address and phone number for charges

My daughter has been getting calls from people complaining they have been charged $1.05 by us. They said a company called Grant Master aka Network charged their card and her phone number and address was listed.
She, and I, know nothing about this except for the fact that I had a $1.05 charge try to go through on my debit card earlier this year until I called my card company about it.
This is getting pretty bad as I have no idea how they got my daughter's phone number and address, much less my card information. This must be stopped.
