Mr. Allen is a professional con artist. I have a small book on the thousands of dollars he has stolen from good people. He has a wonderful portfolio with pictures of beautiful gates and fences. Do Not Be Deceived! He stole 3000.00 dollars from us and never delivered anything. Numberous phone calls and even a trip to Charleston produced promise after promise with no delievery. If anyone wants more information please feel free to contact me regarding this scam artist. And please give him no money.
