His scam is still going on? - poor suckers - stay away!

Robert Allen has been around for ever - still selling the same scam, and still getting poor suckers to pony up thousands. I fell for it in the 80's. I paid the $3000 or so, then when I realized I had been ripped off, went to the State's Attorneys office, and that did the trick. I got the money back. All he does is promise that there is something he will do to help you buy real estate cheap or with no money down, but does NOTHING.
You are better off finding a realtor who specializes in bank owned properties. I did this, and found a property that was really cheap, and the bank gave me really good terms. I have never bought directly at a forecclosure auction or tax property.
