Abslide gets anothe

Got my abslide with the pills no problem but now that i sent the pills back ups they are still taking money out of my credit card. I tried to call but its either busy or know one will pick up i have emailed them 3 times each time they say they recieved it and some one will get back with me in 2 working days. 14 days later i still haven't herd. Where do i go from here.
