Another abslide ripoff

My son ordered an abslide after seeing the infomercial on july 19. The cost was $39.95 plus handling. After several weeks of waiting for the product, i tried in vain to get anyone at customer service telephone number and / or email customer service at sylmark. Then a few days later i received his credit card bill in the amount of $89.60!! It listed an 800 number to call which i called and called and called and called. Well, it is now august 20, one month after the order and still no abslide, no response from my emails and i'm still unable to contact any customer service number. I have contacted the credit card company and they say they cannot remove the $89.60 until they hear from abslide to issue a credit. I plan to dispute the charge and hopefully won't incur a large finance charge. What a frustrating ordeal. I'm sure there are many others out there who have had the same experience.
