Best Buy Promised $58 for Working iPod, when they received it, they paid nothing to me, said it did not work. Richfield

Miscellaneous

Best Buy sent me an email as part of their "Rewards" program. It was a joint program with DealTrade. I ageed to participate. They promised me $52 and some change in a best buy gift card if I send my poor condition iPod in working order to their TX address. I sent it looking forward to upgrading to a larger model. A few days later, they sent me an email saying it did not work and the value was $0. OMG, it was in working order when I sent it to them (I listened to a quenn song before I packed it away). It may have needed the battery charged, but I assure it it was working! These guys are a rip off.
I will no longer shop at Best Buy who partnered with these crooks. Beware.
