They took my money. They never sent me a receipt or further instructions via email (after confirmed read back) as is their company policy. I was never contacted by their delivery service. When I called them they admitted having my money but then wanted me to pay an additional $800 on top of the $460 (which included shipping and handling) I had already had paid.in addition, Mr. Behe Nikhel, manager told me that I would have to pay an additional $500 storage fee. The ransom demand for my futon was $1300. Is this legal in this country? Why are crooks like this allowed to steal from people?
