Destroyed 4783 negatives

I am a huge scrapbooker. I have completed over 30 albums/photo cards in the last 7 years. I seleted Target based of what I thought was a good reputation to take 4783 negatives and place them on CD's. I knew that it would take a few weeks. I checked on my CD's three times. Finally on the third time a clerk told me she would contact my house once my "photos" were located. My 12 year daughter recieved a phone call 3 days before Halloween to tell me that my pcitures were ready. I dropped them off mid May of 07. Now in Oct 07 I get a call that they are ready for pick up. I went to the store 15 Nov 07 and the clerk told me that she destroyed them because I did not call her back. The management had the nerve to slip me a $20 gift card while I was on the phone with Target's Regional office. To top that the reginal office only apologized. I paid out over $6000 on development of pictures and purchasing film. I would have spent about $200 that day in their store. I have never gone to another target since 15 Nov 07!!! I have told everyone that I know that TARGET DESTROYS YOUR PERSONAL NEGATIVES. Just to name a few, I lost my wedding, by two children's birth, and 19 years of my military career. But hey on the bright side... TARGET did give me a $20 gift card with and apology WOW great customer service. Do not give target your photos or negatives.
