Harrassment even though it wasn't me they were looking for

Jason James and Travis Taylor called me looking for my sons girlfriend. I tried to get as much information as I could since they were threatening to have her arrested. I was yelled at and cussed first by Travis Taylor who eventually hung up on me. I then called him back to attempt to find out who he was and if the call was even legitimate. He hung up again.

Several hours later after I had notified my sons girlfriend about this situation a man named Jason James called and asked to speak to me. I asked who he was first and then he proceeded to tell me that I was not who I said I was. He asked me to spell my name. I did so to prove who I am since the spelling of my name is unique. I explained to him that I felt that the calls my be harrassment and wanted to be sure that he was calling from a legitimate business. I told him I was concerned and he asked me to spell concerned. I then told him that I didn't have to spell anything for him and he assured me that I did because he had my phone number and would continue to call me.

He then told me that he was in contact with the District Attorney and that he would have my sons girlfriend arrested for fraud and worthless checks even though the case he was really calling about was a title loan.
I asked the name of the District Attorney so that I could verify this information with the Police. He then told me to spell POLICE.

At this point I was so furious I hung up the phone and called back hoping to get a supervisor. I then talked with Kimberly Jones ext. 207.

Kimberly assures me that she will have these 2 men apologise to me. I will follow up to see that they do. I would love to find someone who will prosecute this business for this type of practice. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for.
