Applied for a pay day loan and was declined; the payday loan company populated my information and sent it to this company for other offers; apparently the ID Theft company automatically signed me up for their ID Theft coverage. I did not apply for this offer. The company took $31.98 from my savings without my authorization. I contacted the company on 2/28/08. I have a copy of the complete conversation with the online chat rep. Company basically refuses to refund me my money or reverse the charges. This is Fraud.
