Made order two weeks ago & no product still

On February 8 I nade an online purchase to bidz.com. My money was deducted out of my account within days. Usually, They will deducct funds when order is shipped. Not this company. To this day i am still waiting for them to ship my order. I do suggest that no one orders anything from this company. Customer service sucks. They give you no option to ship order to another address, So, you have to chat and have them change it which apparently, delays the process another week. I am absolutely infuriated with this as I have never had any problems of theis magnitude with ANY oter online shopping.
