Ripoff bad service for an overseas consume

I have bidded and won 2 items from bidz.com and as I live in Malta and bidz dont ship to my country, then I took the trouble in quoting a friends address in the UK for them to ship there and my friend ships to me. I did as requested by bidz for this to be done, by sending a copy of my visa and passport verification and was told that by 72hours all wiull be done. Already 144 hours passed and after contacting consumer care for the last 5 days still the UK address wasnt added on my shipping address, and I want to cancel my orders. This is terribly a bad service. BEWARE although the site looks serious and well designed, still the service is very very poor so it s not wothed bidding and paying... U find better sites!
