Big Bell Road Kia
They lost the paperwork and get to keep my down payment

I went to Bell road Kia in December to buy a car. I bought a brand new Kia rio. I put 1000.00 dollars down (200.00 cash 800. Oo In a check) and drove away with financing?

About a week later my sales rep (Frank Darmo) called and said that the bank would not finance a kia and that i needed to come down to resign. I went down and they put me in a used buick lacrosse but the financing was done all i had to do was bring the car back so they could put a new device calledauto repo or something like that on.
I came back the next week and had the device installed and gave them another copy of my proof of address they said have a nice life if we can be of help give us a call.

About 2 weeks later Frank called and said they had lost the proof of address and needed another one i told him i was busy and out of town i would bring it down when i could. He said ok they called for a week and finally told me they screwed up and did not activate the device.
Another week had gone by before i had time to get to the dealershipbut when i got there they were closed Frank called and told me the bank kicked the deal back but if i got down there they could save it i was planning on going the next day when they sent a repo guy after the car that night. I went to the dealership the next day and was told if i wantedthe car i had for 56 days now i would have to comeup with another thousand down i sad no and they told me they were keeping my down payment for mileage on the car.

I told them they could not do that and they threatened to call the cops and have me removed and they got real huffy puffy with me (the desk manager) frank was very proffesional all the time and was a real big help but he cant stand up to his boss. Now im stuck with no car no down payment and no where to turn (I did put a stop paymant on the 800.00 check)
