$2000 Credit RIP OFF not a credit card, harrasment on the phone

The company called me to offer a $2000 "credit card to help rebuild my credit. They took some information and said that I had credit approval and someone named "sean" would call me back in 20 minutes to go over the details fo my creidt approval.

After a few minutes i recived a call, and a person on the phone walked me thourgh the credit terms, i kept asking is this a VISA or MASTERCARD, and he kept saying you can use it anyware. I kept asking him but he would not be specfic.

He then forwarded me to a tap recording to record the terms and condtions of the agreement. After his speech he asked do you understand the condtions I said "NO".

I then mentioned that this didnt sound right and I was not intrested the in an account, the phone rep became angry and started shouting on the phone that I was a "loser", and that it was to late my account would be debited $200 dollars.

I hung up and called my bank immediatly, and they recommended that I fill out an ACH affidavits, to prevent the debit from the account.
