Ripoff promised to help build my business's credit and took off with over $900

My husband and I opened a business on July 1. Both of us went into our business with no credit. One evening while we were making a delivery we got this phone call about a credit card offer. The person on the phone talked to my husband first since they had called his cell phone (which is 1 of 2 business lines) and spoke with him about this credit card meant for individuals trying to repair thier credit. They asked him why he was trying to repair / rebuild his credit? He told them we just opened a business and we were looking to get a headstart on inventory but noone wanted to lend to us or approve us for a credit card.

The person on the other line said they had a program that they believed would help us a great deal and put him on hold to pull up a different application for small businesses. While on hold my husband started telling me about this offer, I agreed it sounded great. They came back on the phone and ask him if he was ready to begin the application and he told them he had his phone on speaker and asked them to please repeat the offer to me so we both could decide on this offer. They did just that! I asked them question like thier address and a contact number and how they got our number, all kinds of questions. Everything seemed fine, so we applied. They told us that the $200 dollars would be debited from my account the next business day, which would have been Monday.

Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went and so on. Finally on the Thursday 1 week and 2 days later the $200 dollars was pending in our account. I thought nothing of it, other then well our credit is really bad maybe they couldn't get a approval immediately, they just waited til they got the approval to debit us. Fine! They also promised us a credit card in 2-3 weeks. The card still wasn't here on the very last day of the third week, which we planned to use for our trip to New York City to buy inventory, so I called them. I got a voice box and left a message, relizing it was getting late in the day I figured they would call back the next day, nope! So I called again, got the voice box again and figured ok now they have to be open, it's 10am. Left a second voice message and immediately contacted my bank, when the bank had a different address and phone number on file for them I got worried and started to research it.

I got online typed in ameritrust in my browser and i got the complaint web site immediately, after I seen what was reported here, I couldn't do anything but cry. The bank won't help me, the police laughed at me, and since then they have debited my account 2 other times, the second time for $400 and the third for $300, that is a total of $900. These debits cleaned out our account almost completely, it left us with $1.44. Noone wants to help me and i hop of of this some can point me in the direction of help and alert people to stay away from these fraudulant jerks..
