Inattention to order and procedure

My first order consisted of spagetthi and meatballs;followoed by a small ham and swiss sandwich with NO ONIONS OR PEPPERS. I paid it with my credit card. The clerk swiped the card without checking the back that calls for C I D. Problem #! I ordered a small sandwich and received a large one which i was billed for. Problem#2. When I got home I bit into the sandwich and the taste and presence of onions was there. Problem #3. The size of the sandwich I can live with but I cannot tolerate the inattention of my request. I managed to remove the onions that I could see but I also swallowed several of them. This caused me to have an uncorfortable night sleep. My credit card is my property and I expect the user to be identified for security reason. I'm bringing this to your attention because of the summer season that will have you employ summer help and proper procedures should be followed regardless. The order # is 0260. Ref #02032736
