TOTAL RIPOFF AND FRAUD con artist fake ripoff took us for all we had & still after 5 years is afraid to contact us Coward and Lia

This individual built this house in an affluent area, but ripped us off! Our house is only 6 years old and is falling apart around us, and Mr. Kanute has NEVER had the courage or business moral to contact us after 5 years of phonecalls and letters. He has NEVER returned to fix the 32 problems with the construction of our home, much less offered a solution.

Most recently the DRIVET he used is falling apart, we have mold so bad that we are going to have move out temporarily to have it replaced and repaired at over $70,000, and our children are getting sick. The plumbing was installed backwards, the kitchen ceiling caved in from leaking, the walls are cracked, the floors are trashed, the carpets had to be replaced after 4 years, the window seals are all warped from mold and rot damage, and there is no flashing exteriorly.

We paid over $350k for this house, can't sell it, and have to sink in over $125k to get it livable again. That's NOT including the $75k we have spent on other exterior and interior fixes that Kanute promised to fix.

He is a fake and a phoney and took advantage of our cash and trust. He is now building houses on his own, and God help whoever chooses to contract with him - buyer BEWARE. This man's word is about as good as what my dog left in the yard this morning. How sad, and how sad for this family.
