Encore Management - Nicoco International
Advertised for entry Management, Offered interview, but had no website and could here the sweat shop in the background

Found Encore Management advertisement for entry level Management in Event Coordination on Monster.com... Not craigs list. Submitted resume at 2am by 6am I had an invitation to interview. Red FLag one. Called the number and there was no answer or machine at 10AM. Returned email to address not related to either company name of Encore Management or Nicoco International. Redflag two. I requested a link to their website as I could not locate their site when searching. I was told they had just moved from NYC and had no webpage. Redflag three. Below is the email string.

Meanwhile I looked up ENcore on BBB and found a listing and phone number. I called the number and the phone was answered with both company names.interesting as below she states Encore is not affliated with Nicoco. Red Flag Four. I continued my search as I did not want to miss an opportunity. Hoping I was wrong. I found rippedoff with several reports of the same type of senario. Makes me sick. Scum of the earth. I as lucky. I hope you were too.
Forget them. I reported them to Monster.

I am so sorry I was in a meeting until now but we currently do not have a website just because we actually just moved into this area we were in New York. Yes we do share a building with encore management we are not affiliated with them we are a different division we are is a promotional events company designed to meet the needs of several charitable and non-profit organizations on both the local and national levels. Working alongside Child Protection Education of America, we help to create community awareness and action to meet the needs and demands of our clients. Our event based approach allows professional representatives to take Public Relations to the grassroots level. We are able to generate results to our clients by increasing their revenues through commercial co-ventures and raising general awareness and knowledge of the programs and what they represent. Are Current positions are Customer Service, Event Cordinator and Entry Level Management which are full time.
