They took 219.00 out of my account without my say so. Then did what they asked so i could get my refund. But now they say no refund. They lied to me flat out

I thought i was getting a real credit card. It turns out to be a merchandise only card. So i called them to get a refund. They told me to send the package back to them and they would atleast refund the 120.00. So i sent the package back to them. I tracked the package with the post office. They got the package on 01/22. I called them 02/01 to get my refund and they told me that i was not getting a refund!!! I've talked to 4 different people at that place and they all are very rude and unprofessional. I was wondering what can be done? Thank you!!!
