I signed up as a representative for BioFuel products in September and allowed them to use my debit card for my monthly payment. They have taken 4 payments from my checking account and have only sent 2 shipments of their product.

Since, then I have tried contacting the gentleman the signed me on with no luck. Today I called the company and found out that someone (whom they assumed was me) faxed the company a cancellation letter to cancel my account, started a new account with my banking information and gave them an address in Nebraska.

The company rep. Told me that she can seen on her computer where the withdrawls have been made but I need to go to my bank and get copies of the withdrawls and send me to her. They have billed me for $120.00 worth of product and now are wanting me to pay my bank $25.00 an hour to research the withdrawls, plus an additional fee for making copies.

Then after I mail all of this information in they will process my refund, which will take another 4-6 weeks.

I will have to pay out almost the same amount as my refund just to get my money back from this company. When I asked them if they were willing to pay the bank fees for researching this she told me that "we usually don't do those things". I asked to speak to the Office Manager and she is always too busy, so they just put me on hold every 2 minutes to ask her my questions.
