No refund for a subscription

I have been contacting the company to get a refund. The offer was a trial offer and their offer stated I could cancel at anytime. I canceled after the first issue because it was garbage, the worst advice I have ever seen or had.

This has been going on now for four months. I keep calling and they tell me the refund is being processed and I should have my check in a few days. I have made over a dozen calls and even spoke to the owner Ian Wyatt.

This company is a rip off.
