Unauthorized charge

I clicked on the free trial on their website and entered my information. I then found that I had been charged for my first month immediately. Seeing that there had been a mistake, I canceled immediately, but they refused to refund my money. They told me I signed me up for a trialpay offer, and that offer made me ineligible for both the free trial and a refund. But I didn't complete the offer; I just clicked on the free trial, and they charged me without the slightest clue or warning that they weren't going to honor their offer of a 7 day free trial.
