I rented from Kira Akulova.

She came off as a good person. She was a working professional so she claimed. Do not rent from her, she is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

She promised many upgrades and did not deliver. Window drafts remained for our entire stay. She had promised to replace carpet upon our move in. That was an empty promise. Plumbing remained a problem during our stay.
