Dylan and Amanda Zanchi are not good renters. They don't pay rent then they use the system to stay in your home. You have to get a lawyer to have them removed. Not only do they not pay rent and you have to pay for a lawyer, but once they have to move they then trash your place. If I were a landlord I would not rent to this couple. Beware of the Zanchi's.
