Fraudulent Selling Tactics, Complete Rip Off!

The first time that we dealt with the company was when they called multiple times a day wanting to know if we were interested in receiving a free permanent marker sample. After receiving numerous calls we finally said yes to send us the free sample. Once they had us saying yes they signed us up to receive markers every week. All of a sudden we were receiving hundreds of markers a week. We exchanged words with then over the phone multiple times and finally they gave us a credit and we returned the markers. The second experience that we had with them was that they had called and said that the packing tape that we ordered was now ready to be shipped. The problem with this is that we have multiple people that are in our parts department that have no idea whats going on. So the tape incident ended up exactly like the markers and eventually we received a credit for the tape that we were outragously charge for and returned returned the tape. This final incident that i had with the company was there salesperson called here and told one of our employees that the trash can liners that we had on backorder were now ready to be shipped.

They said ok and preceeded to recieve trash can liners that we were charged almost $600.00 for. When we received the liners we realized that these were not the ones that we normaly ordered and were outraged by the price that we were being charged. After numerous attempts to get ahold of this company with no success due to the fact that they would call after business hours i finally got ahold of someone who preceeded to yell and scream at me after i told him that this was a rip off. I told him that he was going to recieve the trash can liners back and that i was expecting a credit. I then asked him to make sure that we were taken off of their call list which he stated that he couldnt do because he had way to many sales people on the floor and that it would take to much time to do that. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and im sure that that is the only reason why i received a return phone call. Please be aware of this company their sales tactics are terrible and you will be charged and outragous amount for the littlest things.
