Did not fully execute on a contract. Paintball markers were supposed to be traded. I never recieved his

There was supposed to be a trading of paintball markers. We both agreed to ship on Monday, June 30. After recieving a faxed document stating the exact trade and his signature aswell as a copy of his state liscense I shipped my gun out and sent him the tracking number. I tracked my package and found that it was delivered to the adress on Wednesday, July 2. I contacted him on Friday, July 4 and found that there was a problem with the shipping company not picking up the package. He then told me that the marker would be shipped same day air today, Saturday, July 5. I have yet to recieve the marker, and have not been able to make any contact with him at all. He told me he would call me when the gun was shipped and give me a tracking number. He has my number as i have given it to him on multiple occassions.
