I was promised a $2500 dollar rebate after a period of 35 months. I followed all of the instructions exactly and have copies of everything I sent to them.

The phone number I was given for this company by the retail store where I purchased my sewing machine gave me the following phone number for U.S. Adm. Services. 352-357-4731. The number does not connect. It might be a fax number.

I called Cashback America, Inc. Which is also mentioned on my receipt.
