RETAIL SERVICES, VALUECITY RETAIL RETAIL SERVICES Charge me a late charge even though i made payment 72 hours ahead!

Ok today is march 5th and I tried to make a normal payment to value city as I do every month online, BUT because my due date is March 8th (3 days away) I cant make that payment the pc says not a valid date, and If Its made on the 9th its a 29.99 dollar late payment so I call and ask them WHY cant i make this payment, they said because its the weekend. I explained no im trying to pay NOW March 5th they tell me I cant LOL LOL If i wanna do that I must pay an additional 15.00 for a rush payment. I explained again im not rushed at all its not due until march 8th. Then she says well if you dont make a rush payment today you will have a 29.99 late payment I ask how in the H e l l is it late if im willing to pay it today and its not due until the 8th she says to me again you cant pay it today unless you pay the 15.00 at this time im so upset, so it was best for me to hang the phone up. I need to find out if this is legal someone please let me know Thank you
