Placed unauthorized charge on my Credit card $14.95 ea - "24PROTECTPLUS also ATHOMEREWARDS"

When I received my credit card statement I discovered 2 bogus charges. I NEVER authorized these charges and can not get anyone to actually answer the phone numbers listed on my credit card.

I called my credit card service desk. Thats another problem - the call gets forwarded to Indea or somewhere where the people can barely speak english. They tell me they can not do anything I need to call the number listed on my card.

I made some purchases online over the Christmas holiday and can only figure somehow my card info was "Pharmed"

I would like to get my charges reversed and I would like to see these people Prosecuted!
