Ripped off by TimeShare Quick Sale

They charged $699 to list the property for sale. Even followed up to confirm the wording of the listing and all of the details. Even responded when I wanted to lower the price of the sale. Now I can't get in touch with them at all. No response to email or phone. Of course the time share isn't sold. All I wanted to do was get rid of the property to avoid maintenance fees. Now I've had to pay those and still have this property which I'll probably have to find someone else to sell it for me. I also spoke to a Chris Murphy. And there was another lady who handled the price changes.
