Fai made a schedule to draft money from my account but did not forgot to schedule a date to send me my paid for merchandise

After seeing an interesting commercial on tv in April that said they would help people who has no credit finance a computer without a credit report in which they would be preappoved i decided to make a call right away. I gave FAI my account information and set up a bill payment over the phone. Received my confirmation statements of payments in the mail which went quite well for a while. After paying 6 consecutive payments twice a month which was require i begin to call and question about my purchase in layaway. They took down my address info once again and told me to give it about 6-8 weeks. I did but then as 8 weeks past by i gave them another call but this time they said it'll be mailed to me in 120days but the representative couldnt give me a reasonable answer why that was the case. He claimed that's what he was reading from the computer he pulled up my info from. So once again i patiently waited for 120days i also gave it more time than i should have. I even did a 15month tour in Iraq and back and still see no labtop. So then i begin to get angry because its been long enough after waiting forever. Now thats its Jan i decide that i didnt want the labtop anymore, i just want my cash back in full. I got online and seen that the site was underconstruction and the phone was busy like forever. So then i came to the conclusion that i got ripped off. Every now and then i decide to log on to the site to see if its reconstuction work was done but came across another victim that was ripped off from those scam criminals. So i decide to make a report hoping that i can receive my money back in full. If not i will have to get my own lawyer because i refuse to let this go. "FAI" must've realize that FREE MONEY isnt so easy come across!
