I have sent all my bank info. And done finish paying for a computer I havent recieve or heard anything about and its been almost a yea that I was suppose to recieve this Dell system, I purchased it for a chistmas gift but was told it was cause of delay I would recieve it in April its now July 18 and I still havent recieve anything and I'm very, very, pissed and upset b/c I work to hard T.G.M. A

I saw an commerical on tv about an computer (DELL) that will be built an sent to you when purchase. This was in September of I have not recive or heard anything, so i called the (800#) and i have spoken to so many diffirent people and every last one of them told me something diffirent "remind you that there taking money out of my account direct depoist". First i was told that i would recieve my system no later than dec. 11. I waited acouple of days just in case of mail problems and i call them up and they tells me something about delay. I ask why wasnt i in formed of delay was told something should be sent to me that i never recieved. Later i call back about a week and was told that i would rceieve my system no later than April 6. Okay i'm gettin pissed off b/c there taking money out of my acount twice a month and i'm paying for something that i keep getting the run around on so i cotacted my lawyer and explain situation, also contacted B.B.B. When i called (800#) againwhen final payment was made i was told that i had to wait 120days before i recieve my system and i dont think thats right b/c i could have spent 1800.85 on something else or i could've went to a local store and purchase and computer. I feel there should be something done about this b/c its not fair i work tohard to just give money away i cant afford to just take alost like this and if you cant send me my merchandise or my money back i will see them or owner in court. I still call and they tell me the same thing or write to the office write to office behind something i have finished paying for and have not recieved or will i recieve it? UPs is the deliver and the company hasnt shipped out yet!!! So what are they trying to tell me? I'm s*t out of luck and i cant get my money back???
