Bullshit preventable still haunting me

In November of 05 was rear ended by a 4 wheeler, schneider put that on my dac as a preventable accident. I was never evn told it was being classified as a preventable accident, found out a year and a half later while trying to get a job with cfi, which by the way is a great company. I called safey dept and argued with that idiot for half hour. I want it off my dac because it is not a preventable accident and absolutely should not be classified as such. Can anyoe tell me how i can possibly get it removed. It continues to haunt me to this day. Thankyou.
